1. Can a product be returned to get a refund?
    While we thrive to provide you with the best online shopping experience, we are unable to accept returns or provide a refund for any products sold.

  2. Can I exchange a product?

    We understand that sometimes a product ordered online may need to be exchanged due to various reasons including fitting issues, size issues or simply because you don’t like the way it looks on you. No need to worry, we have got you covered with our ‘No questions asked’ exchange policy. Just make sure the product is intact in it’s original condition with all the labels & tags and is not in any way used or damaged.

  3. What is the procedure for ‘No questions asked’ exchange?

    You can contact us at thepanthousevadodara@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will revert back to you and provide you the address where the product needs to be shipped. Once we receive the product back, it will be inspected and then your exchanged product(s) of same or higher value will be shipped from our end. In case the exchanged order is of higher value, the balance amount needs to be paid before the exchanged product can be shipped. Also note that 2-way shipping expense in case of exchange will be borne by the customer.


  4. Can I exchange a product bought online at the store?

    Yes, products bought online may be exchanged at our stores.
