Order once place can be cancelled subject to the following conditions:

– You can raise a cancellation request with your order number clearly stated – by sending an email to care@yardsandmeters.com.

– If you wish to cancel an order, please ensure cancelling it within 24 hours of placing the order or before your order is shipped: whichever is earlier.

– In case, you have cancelled an order within 24 hours of placing it – you will be issued refund within 7 days of cancellation of order.

– Order once shipped from our warehouse CANNOT be cancelled.

– If due to unavoidable circumstances, or situations beyond our control, your order is not processed, or is not shipped to you within a certain time, the order shall stand cancelled, and the entire amount will be refunded to you; no liability shall be incurred by either side.
